Filing for bankruptcy can be a very tedious process. Not only do your clients need to fill out a bankruptcy form, but they also have to collect and submit dozens of documents to complete the procedure.
They can very easily be overwhelmed by too much information if they don’t have someone experienced or knowledgeable by their side. However, it’s not very feasible to guide them through the process personally one by one.

This template is divided into three simple sections. The first section guides the applicants through documents they need before filing for bankruptcy, including six months of paycheck stubs, six months of bank statements, and tax returns for the last two years. It also contains a step that will direct them to a link where they can fill out the bankruptcy form.
The second section helps you to collect documents your client will have to submit after they have filed for bankruptcy.
