The amount of documentation and data that we need to be not only collected, but organized in a way that provides easy access is staggering. Clustdoc provides a highly customizable solution to this problem that is so commonplace among multiple industries.
Clust has been such a great service for my team and clients. I run a website and marketing agency. It can be tough to just send a checklist over to clients and get a complete accounting for their brand assets and content. Clust really helped us create a process with clear accountability and team communication. I recommend this app to anyone that needs to develop processes that involve information collection or multiple phases or steps.
I did a trial run then purchased. My use-case isn't exactly the same as some of their application examples. I'm a coach/consultant and need something for client on boarding to eliminate emailing a bunch of PDF's and carefully tracking that I get back the docs I need clients to fill out. Clust will do that right now out of the box. Features I love: - Bundle a bunch of items/tasks into templates. - Super easy to assign a template to a client. - URL based tasks are great to have people download something or watch a video! - Team members can also complete a client's checklist. This is great because sometimes you have a person on the phone and they just want to tell you some info. Being able to enter it for them means not having to ask them to log back into the portal to do it later to satisfy the system. - Client facing interface is distraction free. It's a check list. Keeps them focused on the next action to complete. Looking ahead...Clust has so much untapped potential.
So far so good! I was looking for a "process management tool". I can set my onboarding/process following my SOP's, and add the user. Deal with emails, and lost login and passwords that clients send to us, is a PIA, and this will improve our internal process. They already have some features that I would like to see, like PayPal or webhooks, but hopefully, they will add this.
I was giving Clust a good working over testing the system and just about to submit a review when an update arrived from the Clust team. The platform is nice and clean and at first I wasn't sure my business could really leverage what was on offer here. Having read all the questions and reviews plus watching the webinar replay swung me towards giving Clust a go.
This SaaS solution already solves so many problems that virtually every business has. It allows to streamline any "document pipeline" : job applications, on boarding, service request, quote request, etc. A company can then have an overview of all those pipelines, check individual status, see who did what / history, etc. Most importantly: it makes interacting with the client/applicant EASY. A huge time-saver for clerks and front-line staffs, and an amazing solution for their managers.
I had some volunteers from my eNewsletter list test out the platform today and they all came back and said it was straightforward and easy to use. I'm still finding my way around the UI in terms of where everything is located, and there is room for improvement however I had my first portal set up and running and ready for launch within 15 minutes.
I use Clust to admin applications for trainings, where some documents need to be presented and verified. It was quite easy to implement my fields and documents. When there were questions, the support was quick in responding via the chat icon. I like the possibility to embed the form on my own homepage.
I loved the fact that I can have my clients go to the form, fill it up and log-off and log-in again to continue their update on the form. Something that my clients are struggling when I was using Google forms on onboarding.Clustdoc is a essential tool for anyone that want to improve any kind of process.
Bye Bye spreadsheets. I was told by my marketing mentors to have a google drive sheet ready to go, and send that when onboarding clients. I kept thinking... how is there so system to tie into my CRM or expedite this process? Seemed ridiculous that nothing like that existed...... and then Clust came along and kicked down the door and I've never been happier. Seriously, what a great tool for ANY industry to have.
I can definitely see lots of potential here for streamlining the onboarding process for my longer Coaching Programs and online workshops and courses. Clust support team have been super responsive and helpful which bodes well for the future, and I like that they are keen to take suggestions on board when they are in alignment with the purpose of organisation and platform.
We are a mortgage broker business based in Scotland. This product has been a great addition. The functionality is great and easy to use once you get your head around it (like everything else). I love the fact we can see if clients have viewed what we are after and they can get updates all the way through the journey. The CNAME addition option will be great once that's been rolled out. The support so far has been 10/10 with very quick responses. Highly recommended.
This is far easier for clients to navigate and designed specifically for onboarding which goes beyond file sharing. A key difference for me in terms of the way I work is that clients can onboard themselves by sending them a Clust link. What I did today was share the link in my eNewsletter, clients then sorted themselves out.
CLUST - This is an awesome Client Portal! Can be integrated into your website. I have reached out to their service team - my request had been resolved within a short time the same day. Very responsive follow-up! This product and its support are very promising and so far we are very happy to have found CLUST. Highly recommended product!
Very impressed. There's a few rough edges, but the CS is really responsive and has either helped me around them or added them to their todo list of fixes. From a workflow perspective this has removed a good 30 minutes of admin time off each application and has given us a way to let new clients save their application instead of having to complete everything in one shot.
When our agency is building a new website for clients, we used to have an intro email that asked for some web assets and asked clients to answer a few questions. For years it has frustrated us that some clients take 10+ reply emails to supply these assets and answer our 5 basic questions. This creates a lot of work for us. We have reviewed other solutions to this pain-point over the years. Some were similar to Clust, but they were designed (and priced) for Enterprise Customers. With excitement we setup Clust (it didn't take long at all!). We now have a brand new workflow for on-boarding clients and a much more customer friendly (and professional) approach. While one can send an email from Clust to the client with the link to their personal portal, Clust also offers an embed function for our website. We chose the later which means that we can send the client to a fixed page on our website where they can self register and fill in all the required fields and upload all of the materials we need. We like this for a myriad of reasons, but one important reason is that it keeps our email history in our internal systems for follow-up, reminders, CRM syncing, etc. We're very impressed with the maturity of Clust and how closely it fits our need. Well done Clust Team!
All I can say is that it's about time someone created this. This is exactly what we've needed for years to help streamline our client onboarding! The application is intuitive, easy to use, robust, and very well thought out. In addition, the clust team is clearly very responsive and appears to be going above and beyond. I'm impressed!
At first you think you don’t need it. Then sign up for a trial, play with it and you realise it’s just what you need to standardise workflows and processes in your business ensuring you capture everything you need to kick off projects or collect required data securely avoiding 20 emails back and forth. Set a template, and enable your clients a smooth transition ensuring nothing gets missed. Go deeper on understanding clients needs and audit your entire activities from sign up. The team seem really open to suggestions and I have a call with them later. I believe this product will only get better and better.
This is a great platforms that lessens the friction between you and your client. You can ask for files, make them required, keep track of stuff you need to deliver. It's a new way to communicate with clients. So I will use live chat for attack and conversion and this tool for defense and internal communication with clients.
This is an outstanding app and will be the go-to savior of many businesses. It is a time-saver, and furthermore, it brings a superpower that wow's your customer's. There's no more ambiguity with clients, the process is seamless. The ease of use in this system is tremendous and it's one of the fastest apps to get up and running.
Clust is a solid platform. It's very solid, in fact. This platform is fit for you if you: - Want to recruit new clients in an organized, fun way - Organize new potential clients - Make your google recruitment form a little more personal Pros: - Really solid platform. No bugs to be seen here. - Easy to master - Good looking enough - No way to miss some information you needed. Forms can be mandatory (nice, no missing info when starting a project, 100% clarity!) - Clients that just want to apply online, instead of you inviting them to apply (by creating a new application) can go there, enter their details, and will get an email with their special, unique, 'reference number' which will allow them to log back in at any time. Good way to solve it, guys! No messy passwords. CONS: - Wanting to add new things, like forms, takes you to an entirely different page. Though most things save automatically, not everything does, and that's annoying because you will lose progress, even if only a tiny bit - Confusing at first, but after 2-3 minutes I figured it out - No way to translate the platform for your language, unfortunately. Still, a solid platform. You can customize the mails sent to each client, and the plan we're provided is, again, really solid. Looks are a solid 8/10, too, so your design clients won't think bad of you, haha.
