Make the USDA loan application simpler for applicants using this template from Clustdoc. In the first part, you will be able to collect identification documents such as a driver’s license, passport, and other state- or federal-issued ID.
The second part will allow applicants to upload documents about their income. Some of the documents include federal tax returns, W-2 or 1099s, and proof of additional income (second jobs, social security, alimony, etc.)
Aside from the aforementioned documents, the applicants will also be able to upload their statements on their bank accounts, statements for all investments and/or retirement accounts, and settlements on their property sales.
Once they are done uploading all the relevant documents, they will be able to fill out and download Form 3550-4 and the USDA form to complete their USDA loan application.
