The template is divided into five sections, with applicants being able to upload documents about their identification in the first section. Some of the documents they can upload here are their driver’s license, passport, and any other federal-issued ID.
In the second section, the applicants will be able to upload documents about their income, including pay stubs for the last 30 days, last two federal tax returns, last two W-2s or 1099s, and proof of any additional income.
The third and fourth sections are for uploading documents about the applicants’ accounts and property, respectively. And in the final section, the applicants can upload any relevant additional documents, like divorce decree, separation agreement, gift letter, and letter of explanation (LOE) for late payments.
