Use Clustdoc’s relocation services request form template to simplify the process of relocation services request.
The template is divided into three sections, with the first being a contact & information sheet for relocation. There, the requester can upload their contact information, information on their current address, and information on the address they are relocating to.
The second section is a documents checklist, where they will be able to upload documents such as passport, ID cards, address books, bank statements and more. In the final section, the requester will have the option to upload additional documents they may need for the relocation service request.
