Clust is a cloud-based customer onboarding software that helps you streamline your business.

Can I manage multiple services/processes from my Clust account?

Absolutely! Clust allows you to fully automate your onboarding processes and service registrations.
Your team won’t need to chase people for their information anymore as automated emails can do the work for them. This can be set up for multiple services, and they can all be processed simultaneously in Clust.

How do I get started?

Register for a free account and build your own onboarding process using our library of templates. Once you’re done, invite people to complete it using our secure online interface.

Do you help with custom setup support or training service?

We do indeed ! Your account manager will be more than happy to help set up templates based on your needs. We can also schedule a team training session so you and your colleagues know exactly how to use Clust. These services may require a quote, contact your account manager for details.

Is there any commitment?

When you subscribe to a Clust plan, you can either pay monthly or annually based on what suits you. You can cancel anytime; this will automatically stop your next (monthly or annual) billing cycle.

Do I get a discount for purchasing yearly?

Yes there is! You’ll save the equivalent of 2 months by purchasing an annual plan.

How can I get a special discount?

Can I edit the ready-to-use templates?

Absolutely! Ready-to-use Templates (available in the Library) are there to make your life easier. Pick one and use it as a starting point and then build your own processes, services or onboarding requirements onto it. Once you’ve imported the template you like, just click on the buttons in the sidebar to customize it.

Do you offer an eSignature solution?

Yes, Clust comes with 2 types of legal signatures. Electronic signatures and digital signatures (offering a higher level of security with an additional encrypted certificate). Learn more on our Help Center.

When is the support available?

Our handy Help Center is accessible 24/7. There you’ll find 200+ articles, tutorials, GIFs and videos about how to use Clust. You can also reach out to our Customer Support from your account if you have any questions.

Where is the data stored?

Our data centers are located in each of our clients' regions. For example, the data centers used for US customers are located in the United States.
These centers are at the forefront of technology, using innovative architectural and engineering approaches to security.
Their physical access is strictly controlled both on the perimeter and at entry points by professional security staff using video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and other electronic means.
Authorized personnel must pass two-factor authentication at least twice to access the data center floors.

How does Clust protect my business?

Is Clust HIPAA Compliant?

Since we're a French company originating in Paris, our privacy and security is compliant with the highest level of personal data protection required by the French Personal Data Protection Act (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), based on the EU Privacy Directive (UE) 2016/679.

We are compliant with EU privacy laws, which make us abide by stricter rules than US regulations would. Since we are not bound by US laws, we aren’t restricted to HIPAA regulations.
