op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p><p>Des \u00e9quipes lib\u00e9r\u00e9es des t\u00e2ches manuelles et chronophages, des processus plus clairs et automatis\u00e9s\u2026 Cette transformation, je l\u2019ai un peu ?<\/h2><p>Les \u00e9quipes RH de nombreux \u00e9tablissements sont encore confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des volumes impressionnants de documents au cours de la gestion administrative de leurs nouveaux employ\u00e9s.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahdionline.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Une \u00e9tude<\/a>\u00a0de l\u2019Association\u00a0<em>for Healthcare Documentation Integrity<\/em>\u00a0r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les grands h\u00f4pitaux g\u00e8rent en moyenne plus de 50 000 dossiers administratifs par an.<\/p><p>Des contrats de travail aux certificats m\u00e9dicaux, en passant par les justificatifs administratifs, la gestion des <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-blogclustdoccom-blogstaging.kinsta.cloud\/blog\/fr\/pme-5-raisons-de-passer-au-zero-papier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">documents dits \u2018papiers\u2019<\/a> est un casse-t\u00eate logistique.<\/p><p>Et bien que les emails soient une ind\u00e9niable avanc\u00e9e technologique dans le monde du travail, on voit vite qu&#8217;ils n\u2019ont fait que d\u00e9placer le probl\u00e8me quand il s&#8217;agit de la gestion RH : au final, les fichiers se multiplient, se perdent ou sont mal class\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Si on opte pour une solution de partage de fichiers, on rencontre un autre type de probl\u00e9matiques tout aussi frustrantes : r\u00e9conciliation manuelle des informations, rangement, v\u00e9rification que l&#8217;on a bien ce que l&#8217;on a demand\u00e9.<\/p><p>En conclusion, avec de tels outils et des volumes importants \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, c&#8217;est toute Je vous laisse imaginer l&#8217;impact que cela peut avoir pour un employeur tel qu&#8217;un h\u00f4pital, o\u00f9 chaque minute compte.<\/p><p>C&#8217;est un fait.
